Summary

Although Henrietta is an unusual tourist, many people do visit Ethiopia to see the natural beauty (including several national parks) and visit historic sites such as Gondar, Lalibela and Axum, centers of ancient civilizations. Some people participate in rugged hikes. Others concentrate on seeing the country’s many birds. Still others are curious to have a glimpse of the many different people and customs that make up the mosaic of Ethiopian life, including nine UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
