ዶ/ር ብርሃን ኪዳኔ

Dr. Birhan Kidane, born in Meta Abo, is a dedicated medical professional and passionate writer. He completed his early education at Sebeta Mulugeta Gedle School and Teferi Mekonnen School, later graduating from medical school in July 1987. Dr. Berhan’s professional journey began in an unlikely field—shepherding—before transitioning to a distinguished medical career. He served as a doctor at various prestigious institutions, including the Asab Administration Top 23 Health Center, Jewaneng in Botswana, and Peace Health SWWMC in the USA. After a fulfilling career, Dr. Berhan retired in April 2022 at the age of 62.5. Alongside his medical career, he is a real estate investor and the proud owner of Gracing AFH LLC. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Berhan is a committed philanthropist and enjoys writing books as well as engaging in charity work. He is married and a father of three children.
